Rosen Shingle Creek is located approximately 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Cab fare is approximately $40-$45 one way.

Join us in the new Genitourinary Cancers Symposium venue, Rosen Shingle Creek, which sits on a serene 230-acre site along Shingle Creek.  Located just off Universal Boulevard, Rosen Shingle Creek is just a short distance from Orlando's best attractions, including restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Onsite Registration Hours

Attendees may pick up your badge and materials onsite at the Symposium Registration Desk located in the Gatlin Foyer of Rosen Shingle Creek during the following hours:

Wednesday, February 13      4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Thursday, February 14           6:45 AM - 6:30 PM

Friday, February 15                 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Saturday, February 16            6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Photo ID is required for badge pick up onsite.

 

Meeting Materials
  • The Meeting Program, the print version of the agenda, will be distributed onsite and contains the full meeting agenda, important onsite information, as well as titles, authors, and poster board numbers for abstracts presented in the general poster sessions.
  • There are three ways to access the 2013 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium Proceedings
- eTote/USB: All attendees will receive the Proceedings on an eTote/USB when they arrive onsite at the Symposium.
- Download: A print-friendly version of the files on the eTote/USB will be available to download directly to your iPad, tablet,   or computer, beginning Wednesday, February 13, 2013 through the Attendee Resource Center.
- Book: Attendees were given the opportunity to purchase a paper book during the registration process.  If you did not select this option and wish to have a paper copy of the Proceedings, attendees can add it by going to the registration change website. Books will be available for pick up onsite.
  • In our continued efforts to be more environmentally friendly, tote bags will not be provided to attendees.  You are encouraged to bring your own bag with you to the Symposium.
